the request was for "a picture of 6 Irish people (1 female, 5 males with beards) carrying guitars, banjos, drums, and viola." i just guessed that the girl would play the viola. after i finished painting i found out that the band is called the Bastard Bearded Irishmen so i looked them up online. i found out my assumption was correct. the girl is the violinist. i guess stereotyping is helpful...when classifying the femininity of an instrument. kenny g disagrees.
