the family i mentioned before sent me more pictures of the shirts they made from my images. it's funny to think that my art is getting drooled on.

A Second Star Request

i kind of anthropomorphized it. that's easy to do accidentally when they have five points. that also makes the painting look not as good when rotated even though it shouldn't matter with a star.

An Irish Wolfhound

i started liking this painting before i added the black lines so i finished it without them.

Moomin

this is a character from a Finnish comic strip and book series. i'd never heard of "The Moomins" before this request but i believe they're very popular in Finland because there's moomin TV shows and even a theme park.

if you squeeze him his tail unrolls out like one of those party blowers.

Another Tree

i'm surprised at how many tree requests i get. this is the 8th tree i've painted (though it's title is actually Tree Three because some of the other trees were titled more specifically such as the pine trees and a bonsai tree). really, who wants a painting of a tree? it seems like a blah request to me. not that the paintings don't turn out fabulous heh heh. it's just not something i'd imagine people would want. but they do! i mean, at least 8 people do.
