i feel like i haven't done a robot in a while. i named him darkbot because he's got less white in his grey color than i usually use. he looks like he's made out of gunmetal.

my mother saw this painting and it made her want to buy a fur coat. that is not the feeling i expected/intended to evoke at all. my cute painting makes people think of killing the character and wearing its corpse?

Second Pine Tree

sorry i missed painting a couple of days. i was visiting a friend in new york for the weekend. twas a lovely short vacation.



i've painted two pine trees, one oak and a bonsai. i've also done a painting of five books. those are like tree corpses.
